New place by chef Ken Corrow. Good crowd, still a bit hectic and far from organized. Get the Pork Belly if they have it (special tonight). The Poached Cod had a nice spicy bite to it. 3.5 out of 5.
We tried a lot of small plates and everything was delicious... Chinese Broccoli, Brussels sprouts salad and the chicken wings. I had the cod as my main and it was perfectly cooked flavored well.
I went on a weekday for lunch: the place was rather empty. Lovely outdoor seating in the back. Fried chicken sandwich is tasty. Entrees are not copious (so get an appetizer if you are super hungry).

Had the blueberry pancakes for brunch and they were amazing! They had the consistency and feel similar to latkes (potato pancakes). Comes with an orange butter.
You see the phrase "fried chicken sandwich" and imagine a gut-bomb that destroys your afternoon. But that's not the case here - you can eat it and be light on your feet after.
Serious service and back of house kinks need working out here but the food warrants giving them a lil time to do so. I am optimistic; this place could become a hoody favorite if they can get in shape.
Food is good if you go for the more obscure. The pedestrian items just don't work. And oddly, they won't serve brunch outside. It's a shame because the garden is great.
Not enough cooks in the kitchen if ya ask me! But aside from the slow service, the mussels were a favorite amongst my group. Also be sure to request a table in the garden if its nice out...
The garden is a nice setting for brunch but service was terribly slow and incompetent, hostess was rude, food was just ok, and its beer and wine only. I can't recommend this place.
A restaurant located at 25 Cleveland Place in Nolita with a 34 seat backyard garden. Cuisine is approachable New-American with a variety of Mediterranean influences. The Cleveland is a neighborhood restaurant with a social atmosphere at a casual price point.
