Worst hotel ever in the check in no one took my luggage i waited too long to get them to my room ... the room smells really bad the bed sheets had yellow spot ..the room service is the worst ever

Shabby, poky rooms. We did get upgraded after we complained but the so called deluxe room is just big and shabby.

The slowest check in experience I've ever seen in a hotel with a reception desk woefully undermanned for the size of the hotel. Complain and you'll probably be upgraded.

It's bad enough that it's a shitty hotel, but the service is even worse. If you're even considering it for the location, don't. It's not worth it.

The lifts are horrible if you're staying at 2nd floor. Stairs recomended.
