Tioga Town Center is a really cute shopping center with boutique shops, restaurants, seafood market, jewelry store, spa, and doctors/dentist offices. It's a nice area to just walk around and relax too

Flour Pot is the best, if a little pricey. All their stuff is fresh and tasty.
