If you don't care for satay or just feel like a healthy meal for a change I can recommend getting the thunder tea rice. Rice with lots of veggies that comes with a herb-laden broth to mix it with.
Eat at The Satay 7-8 on the side street. better than the places inside. go for the beef and prawn sticks... have your wet tissues with you. there is free WiFi all over the place👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Make sure to be on time and try some dumplings from Tim Sum, best dumplings in Singapore, Then you can go outside for some mutton and prawnsatay, you can buy a draught of Tiger beer at a good price
Great spot for street food, open till 1am. Best is stall 8 and the food is super delicious🍢 add the Duck from the next stall. Wash it down with cold beer! 🍻Amazing local experience in Singapore! 🦁
Несмотря на всю дороговизну Сингапура (пиво от 8$, бокал вина от 15$, горячее блюдо 15-20$) есть и дешевые места. Например, фудкорт Лау Пасат. Он еще к тому же один из самых старых!
One of the best food court in CBD....all types of cuisines...great space....and high quality food...can't get enough of it...can try different delicacies all month without having to repeat....
Variety of foods available, you can definitely find something new to eat here every time. Tip: get a dedicated card and pay with that. No need for cash and you even get a 5%/10% discount!
Of course satay stall #7 and #8 is awesome. But if you feel like having something else than satay, roasted delight is an excellent choice. The noodle is nice and chewy
I wish I could walk thousands of miles just to eat the oysteromelet at Lau Pa Sat. So far one of the best meals served there. Free wifi available like in most of food courts in Singapore.
victorian style building food court in the central business district. Many dishes sold here, no worries about HALAL status that we can choose, even plate & cutlery separated from non halal #CulinarySG
Здесь можно недорого поесть. Большой выбор блюд разной кухни. Понравилась еда в части с надписью Local: брали супЛакса и нечто жаренное с яйцом, грибами, курицей. Дим самы неплохие.
Probably the most touristy of hawker markets in Singapore, but still a great experience. In the evenings they also close the street outside and vendors sell satay.
One of the few outdoor food markets left in Singapore. Grab a seat and select from myriad of food outlets. Have the sweet chilli crab! You can drink the sauce. Great spot
One of the better known Hawker Centers, at night they close down one of the side roads (I think Robinson), set up little tables, and bring you lots of grilled meat on sticks. It's great.
Newly renovated Lau Pa Sat finally opened after almost a year! Do chk out new offerings like Turkish and Costa Rican dishes. There's 24h stalls for u nite owls as well. Enjoy better ventilation too!
It is definitely more upmarket than other hawkers but doesn’t feel touristy. Great live music in there on certain days, wide Asian choice and drinks to choose. #
Street food! If you're hungry from walking all over marinabay you could go here and try their street food. There's enough to choose from and so many barbecue!
Always good here, arrive between 7pm and 8pm for the best chance to get a seat. Some of the hawkers are quite pushy, but just say no and only buy what you really want. Its a little expensive
Many food choices available! Especially love the halal chicken rice and kimchifried rice! There's even a bakery in the middle of the food court. Use your kopitiam card for 10% discount.
Come in the evening as the side road will be closed where vendors set up stalls and makeshift tables and chairs. Order the satays and bring along some wet wipes! Toilets are available too.
I've been here 10+ times & have tried 10+ dishes. LOVED: 1) Iga Bakar Penyet @ Kantin Aneka #90 2) Sugar Cane Juice. FAILED: Crystal Dumplings @ little HK. See Top 10 dishes on Foodmento: En savoir plus
Supper from Satay stall no. 7 & 8 (for tourist's standard), & other BBQ stuff. The nice BBQ chicken wings & rojak stall is hidden at a corner on the right side of Boon Tat Seafood stall.
My SG local bff was surprised to know i had lunch in this rundown market. But, its here where I tasted the most delicious chicken rice at only $3. Lol.
Если вы хотите поесть много и не дорого любых морепродуктов , то вам в ЛА ПАСАТ!!! Частичка старого Сингапура среди небоскребов. Это место знает любой таксист.
Proper carpark at Asia Square / One Shenton new condominium spacious multi-storey carpark. { Meanwhile, the next door SGX Building & Robinson Point carparks are too narrow for me :-P }
The Thunder Tea Rice stall serves one of the better versions of the Hakka dish, according to food editor Tan Hsueh Yun. What do you think? Source: Sunday Times
