State politicos, including LBJ, have wheeled and dealed for decades over the excellent migas, huevos rancheros, chorizo, biscuits, fajitas, and enchiladas that Cisco's serves for breakfast and lunch.
get the migas, with the tortillas on the side. take a tortilla and make a taco with migas, beans, warm salsa, and sausage. wolf down. then take a biscuit and slater with butter and honey. wolf down.
The bisquits are wonderful and fluffy! Diane is a brilliant server, and everyone is nice. Try the migas taco with chorizo! The fajita beef is so tender. Reakly seems you can not go wrong!
Authentic and greasy, this East 6th institution cures almost any hangover. Try the Cisco Plate for a taste of everything or do the migas with a side of fajita steak if you’re into eggs.
SXSW Recommendation from Sietsema-Migas is the #1 choice, but you can also get huevos rancheros w/ refried beans & a choice of tortillas or biscuits. This is his favorite restaurant in the world.
