Many dishes are good, yet some are truly exceptional. The pork cheek, Kobe beef, butter scollops are good. Foie gras egg custard is GREAT. The robata foie gras is the BEST thing on the menu, a MUST!!

Ask any chef in Vegas where to dine and the magical phrase Abriya Raku slips off their lips. Mitsuo Endo simply makes some of the best Japanese food in town with nary a sushi on the menu.

Oyaji tofu, Kanpachi if they have it, butter scallop. You can't go wrong, though. It's one of the best Japanese restaurants in the US. Always 💯. Make a reservation or wait 45 min.

Tofu salad, $7: The best way to describe it would be a twisted Caprese salad. Homemade tofu takes on the consistency of tender, soft mozzarella between slices of fresh tomato on a bed of seaweed.
