Come here for lunch. The clear broth vegan ramen is very flavorful and has a good amount of veg. Swap in the thin noodles and add an egg if you are into that 👌

From the Egg Slut team comes this great little Ramen spot in Chinatown on the 2nd level right above Chego. Get the fried chicken karage & tonkatsu ramen with an extra egg. No booze, inexpensive also.

No bad choices on menu but I like Ivan Ramen better. Great system of getting you in and out but not rushing you out. Order while standing on line, and then when seated, your food arrives.

So the veggie ramen is really the best menu item here -- order an extra egg and more noodles.

Choose Miso or Shoyu if you're getting the vegan ramen. The plain vegetable broth versions don't have enough flavor.
