Went and saw Wolf on Wallstreet last night (about a 3hr movie) in RPX (similar to IMAX) and the seats were very comfortable, even for an extended time. Would recommend even just for that!
This is the only decent mainstream cinema in the area. The seats and rows are wide which is awesome for fat people. Also they serve cheeseburgers and hot dogs. See above.
If you have a ticket reward from the rewards program, make sure to bring it with you. While a new release won't get you a free ticket, it will get you a ticket for 1.50. Still a great deal!
AAA Auto club members can get two movie tickets and a $10 concessiongift card for $23 at the nearest AAA office. Its called the movie combo pack and valid on all movies even new releases.
It would be nice if the ticket taker actually did his job, knew what movies were 3D & give you the glasses when he takes your ticket. So you can watch the movie you spent $15 a ticket to watch!
Don't text throughout the entire movie! Once the previews are done put your phone away. If a $15 movie is less interesting than your text conversation leave the theater.
Closed caption glasses. Very comfy (even over my eye glasses!) & even if you have to look down or away from the screen the captions stay on the lenses. Super awesome!
Been going here since they remodel it back in like 2005 it's good but it gets really packed on Fri- Sat nights, Also you might want to get food and drinks from one of the surrounding places it's cheap
The Reward Card is great (essentially a frequent movie card) for racking up free snacks & movies at a decent pace. No matinee's on the weekend, but if you still have a Student ID BE SURE TO BRING IT:)
Carmen S. Those "words on the bottom" were captions for deaf/hard of hearing people, who were lucky to have accessibility to ONE movie a week at oddball times. Don't be rude.
