There is a separate lane for business class at the security checkpoint
In the evening, pick up passengers on the departures level instead of arrivals. It's much quieter.
Hit the Tim Hortons by the exit, get a coffee and chilli. Coffee is amazing, chili pretty damn good.
If you have a nexus card then you can also use the global entry machine.
Careful parking in the visitor spots @ TNT express courier, meter maids frequent the area for the 30 min time limit

The US customs officers are generally super nice & friendly. Exchange smiles ^_^
