ABV 4.2% annual; style – north american wheat ale. Using wheat from wisconsin’s washington island, this beer is centrifuged, not filtered giving it a hazy/cloudy appearance. This golden colored beer displays mild and pleasant barley and wheat malt flavors balanced out by mild hop bittering
Pilsner
ABV 4.7% annual:; style – traditional bavarian pilsner – pale golden color with noticeable maltiness that exhibits a very nice dry finish due to the balance of the beer being tilted towards bittering from the hops.
Wisconsin Amber
ABV 5.2% annual; style – american amber style lager – maltiness is the dominating character in this beer using unique specialty malts that make for a complex yet moderately hopped lager.
Supper Club
ABV 5.0% annual; style-american lager. An eminently drinkable version of a true american lager. Made with corn grits that features a greater depth of refreshing malt character than the mass marketed versions of this style
