AMAZING service. No fake smiles, answered a million of our questions nicely and to the point. The room was good. We stayed here with our dog, it was $25 extra, which is not bad.

Friendly staff and beautiful grounds! Stop at the Huzzah! Resturant for diner your first night and the waiters/waitresses will fill you in on all the cool things to do during you stay!

Fantastic property, but be proactive on your hotel room. I got a great price, but they put me right in front of the ice machine and on the first floor. Needless to say, no sleep any night…

I 2nd the breakfast tip. They have a great spread, which includes eggs & meat. It can be a zoo, however so either go early or a little later.

Very convenient to the visitor center and its nice to have to option to walk or take the bus to the historic area. Rooms are standard hotel rooms but the breakfast buffet is good. Get there early

Our room was clean and fresh. I didn't see any areas that looked dirty. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Cell service is bad but wifi was great. I would recommend others to stay here.

A well priced family friendly hotel next to the Visitor Centre. Comfy rooms. Great service. Discounts on day passes.

Great place to stay for families, lots of activities for kids to do, great location and convenient to visitors center, but breakfast buffet is very crowded and room wasn't the cleanest.

Get to the breakfast buffet when it opens. It is too small for the number of guests they have. Other than that, it is in a great location and they have great packages.

Thin walls! Guys next door were wide wake at 6 and we heard every word that came our of their mouths as well as theie tv.

Mediocre as a hotel (thin walls, poor fitness center, just-OK breakfast), but it's hard to beat the convenience of the shuttles or 10-minute walk over to Colonial Williamsburg.

Make sure to buy drinks at a grocery store. Sodas and water costs $2.50 in the vending machines and restaurants around here.

No cellular service in our room! We get a weak signal in other areas of the property. Thank goodness for wi-fi!
