Oyster plant, bottarga and kumquat was incredible. Lobster and German Pinot Pinot pairing was spot on. Be there 15 min before the place opens at 19:00 to secure seats at the bar.
Spain has tapas; Venice have cicchetti and Paris has L'Avant Comptoir. Excellent French food in a cozy service ritual. Pied de cochon; foie gras; ox tail Corsican wine, can't get better than this.
It's a good spot for people watching in Marais. Get yourself a glass of wine and grab a seat facing the street.

A mind blowing 155 years old taxidermy shop in the heart of St. Germaine. Almost like a museum. You may bump into Wes Anderson if you are lucky.
My favorite place in Le Marais. Cute little local bar with Art Deco spirit and great bistro food at the back. Try any bird available on the menu and don't miss apple pie.

This was the best food I had in St. Margherita. Oven cooked seafood pasta was delicious. Lots of local people go there.
It's located on a great spot in the marina where you can enjoy your seafood food and sip your wine. Service is pretty good too.
