If there's a long line go try b star bar right down the street. Same ownership, almost as good!

The wait time was twice as long as it took for us to eat. Food was good but didn't match high expectations. Sambusa soup and platha was better at b star cafe (their overflow restaurant)

The tea leaf salad is overhyped. Coconut rice, on the other hand, is indeed delicious.

Sharing borders with India, China, Laos and Thailand, Burmese cuisine is inevitably influenced by the spices, seasonings, ingredients, and cooking styles of its neighbors.

Call for a reservation, arrive at least 30 minutes early to fond parking, and there's a sister restaurant down the block is it's too packed. Just ask about it.
