Chris EvansJuin 13, 2014The picante bocadillo is a very solid lunch sandwich. $3 chips are good, but like, $3- Go to Despana and get the Picante sandwich: "chorizo picante", mahon cheese, piparras (basque spicy guindilla peppers), tomatoes, aioli sauce. Amazingly good and spicy.

This is quickly turning into my go-to lunch spot. Any of the bocadillos rival what you'd find in Barcelona. Also, you could fill yourself up on FREE SAMPLES of chorizo & cheese alone - amuse bouche!

This place is amazing. If you're looking for authentic Spanish ingredients there isn't a better place in the city.
