GNTLMN: Known for "street" Thai food, you won't find Pad Thai on the menu here. Owner and chef, Andy Ricker won the James Beard award in 2011. Definitely get the Vietnamese fish sauce chicken wings.

GNTLMN: Apparently a famous chain in Japan, but delicious. Sushi is decent, but great ramen. Tip: get the small bowl. The large is way too much for any human.
GNTLMN: NON-TRADITIONAL ramen, i.e. fried chicken, root vegetables, and brocolli in your ramen. I suggest the chicken and pork broth with fried chicken and poached egg. Don't miss the pork and eggplant buns.

GNTLMN: Tacos/Mexican. I'm not a fan, but I also don't like Mexican food. Everyone else loves it. The line down the street proves it. Everyone loves "Brian's Bowl".
GNTLMN: In Portland, some of the best food comes from "carts" or "trucks". Koi Fusion is a popular one you may see--it's Korean/Mexican fusion, like Kogi in LA.

GNTLMN: In Portland, some of the best food comes from "carts" or "trucks". Nong's Khao Man Gai is probably my favorite--best chicken and rice you'll ever have. So simple, but so tasty.
