Honestly, I think they have better tasting coffee(hipster style coffee from like Indonesia and shit) and more selection of tea. However, they're food is so expensive.
They have an Amazon locker here, super efficient and easy if you don't trust your neighbors with your home deliveries!

The car wash here is.. Comparable to any place around. For Fallbrook it's cheaper than the Mexican one uptown, and it's a pretty good automatic wash.
