Amazing customer service. They upgraded our room to a King suite and and we didn't even ask! Plus the bathroom mirror has a TV built into it!!!

Strong water pressure in the shower. Small ballroom. Great staff, very helpful and on their toes all the time. This is a hotel for power figures visiting NYC.

American breakfast is worth it. Morning pastries worth the trip to the gym. Library laid back atmosphere. Service could be more attentive.

Pet friendly hotel. Good choice for those who need to commute to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Order room service - Ice cream by the pint!

Cheeseburger was perfectly cooked. French fries good but not great. Shower-head had great water pressure. Room was very clean but gold wallpaper seemed worn.
