Never order hot chocolate here from room service. They send up powder with hot water and it ends up costing like 6 bucks with service charges.
Belinda SirhaNovembre 6, 2010Very nice staff, and the rooms are pretty comfortable. But the WiFi, even the service you pay for, is atrociously slow and inconsistent. Shocking for a hotel this size. Also, no flatscreen TVs.
Whoever rated this a 4 star hotel was sadly mistaken!
Scott KleinbergSeptembre 8, 2013Not a fan of the bar here at all. For a hotel of this caliber it's lacking. No cocktail menu, and you will likely have to ask for your bill at the counter. Choose a nearby bar instead.
Great hotel, close to the Arch and the stadium.
Front desk is so helpful! Brought me a toothbrush and extra blankets!

Pete SAoût 1, 2012Agreed to a high floor accessible room to get a flat screen TV. No HD channels, though, and the room smelled like old people.
Maurizio's is AWFUL and has NO customer service. The delivery guy cusses at you, threatens, and tries to fight you when he delivers your CORRECTED order. Don't expect them to get your order right.
Upgraded TVs have arrived. Everyone be excited.
Conference rooms are nice, but not equipped with sound or video technology. Rooms are average and definitely overpriced.
Play Wii bowling with the staff in the Club Lounge. Such nice people!
