JojoMai 6, 2012AA Premium lounge at E terminal has food&drinks&shower but doesn't open til 1pm. AA lounge at D30 opens early and has nice showers, but pay-for-food.

Take the Airport Express 150 Bus for $2.35. Incredibly diverse airport, but also quite unorganized. Arrive extra early.
