Thomas Mo: Brisket was not as fatty as some other places, but the thick black crust was like no other place. Deserves it's spot as NYC's best brisket. Lamb belly was also good.

Thomas Mo: Better than Chipotle. Better rice, better hot sauce, and bigger meat portions. Bowl is slightly worse because the paper bottom starts to become moist quickly.
