Love that they have almond milk. The chili tea is fantastic, more warming than spicy. Friendly staff and (well behaved) dogs welcome inside! Means I'm coming back for sure

The best buns in the morning. They are so buttery and warm that they melts in your mouth.
Try the milk bun. Its crispy outside and soft center goes great with tea.
