If you're flying first class, be sure to hit up the cabanas on the second floor. Even if you aren't going to shower, the room is perfect to relax in. Private toilet, rain-style shower, bath tub.
Probably the most unique Starbucks I've ever seen. Really blends in with the local architecture. Lotus Pond view seating on the back patio!
Don't forget to check out the bamboo forest behind the temple. And be sure to visit a local home, to get an idea of how they live in this traditional village.
Don't come for the atmosphere, especially in the hot time of year. But the pork spare ribs were as advertised!
Be respectful of privacy during ceremonies. The locals won't ever yell at you for intruding, but be respectful.
The pool villas are expensive, but offer an amazing experience. During rainy season, expect visits from snails/worms in your villa shower, since even the indoor shower is attached to the garden.
Macho wet burrito is my jam. Churros are amazing. Rotisserie chicken is also excellent.
Arrive early on the weekend, unless you like walking a long distance after parking your car...
