Pork buns lacked sufficient pork. 2 had 1/3 meat of the other. Hoisin sauce also very disproportionately distributed per bun. Lacked preparation care. Tasty though.

Wasn't really impressed with the food, or our server for that matter. If the service is bad you would hope that the food is awesome enough to bring you back. I'll stick to Urban Belly > all others :)

Recently been to Ippudo in NYC and Katana Ya in SFO. The ramen here beats both in my humble opinion.

Red miso broth ramen was good. So was the macaroons (albeit still a bit frozen in the middle). Very seen and be seen spot. A bit overpriced for quality, rather go to Urbanbelly or Chizakaya.

Limited lunch menu compared with dinner. Get there early since they don't take reservations and try the pork belly appetizer.

Tan Tan Ramen was subpar. Served temperature was low enough that we considered sending it back. Meats were tasty and broth unique. Buckwheat noodles a change of pace but unfortunately inferior.

Tonkatsu is good. Duck Fat Fried Chicken was overcooked. Definitely would come back.

Ramen was ok but there was literally one tiny piece of meat.Duck fat fried chicken was good just beware of the bones. I'd say its a little overpriced for the portions you get but the ambiance is nice.
