25 minutes into my first time here and I have yet to see the server do anything but stand at the hostess stand and talk to the hostess. Amazing. I had to go up to the bar and get a beer.

Been here 40 minutes and have yet to see a menu. The ditzy hostess, while drinking on her coffee, is chumming it up with one of the servers who goes in and out of the the kitchen to feed her face!

I never have had a problem with the service here. Always exceptional! The Strong Ale is fantastic and Irish Happy Meals are a bargain! Nice and chill for a calm drink! Favorite bar in BG!

Great beers on tap. The patio is very nice. We always get good service. And the food is top notch: try the nachos and the pasties.

Great atmosphere with tables made with whiskey barrels & gorgeous stone work. Marinated chicken sandwich deliciously moist & nice craft tap brew selection.

Sometimes there is a smoked porter on tap. It's got Chipotle peppers in it. Sounds disgusting, but actually, I was pleasantly surprised. Sample it if you see it.

Food was great, service not so much. Also, the hostess visibly/nonchalantly had her phone out constantly along with a book.

This place is more for drinking. The food has been served at room temperature the last two times here. The only food worth getting is the crab meat artichoke dip.

I've been here 4 times and every time the service has been atrocious. Staff clueless and are too busy socializing with each. Management needs to clear house.

Do not come here. Horrible service. Orders are constantly screwed up and it takes forever to get anything. Poorly trained staff.

This place sucks. How can an establishment not offer a small taste of a new beer? Bad business move. I'm good for 2-3 pints w/dinner...now it's water.
