I came here with a big group and thankfully sampled many of the appetizers and entrees. Verdict: all amazing. Throw in a great selection of drinks, this place rocks.

This place flies under the radar but it's totally awesome, especially for dinner. The burger is really good and so is the cauliflower salad. Great spot.

Super cute and cozy spot in Cobble Hill/Red Hook area. Great for a drink at the bar if you're waiting to eat at Pok Pok.

The Tour is basically the entire brunch menu laid out on a butcher's block. Come hungry.

Interesting menu selection and moderately priced. Their soup dumplings were good even if the skin is thicker than I would have liked. I don’t like pancakes, but I like theirs.

Terrific brunch. Delicious & reasonably priced - the biscuits are a must. Great espresso, too.

one can't not go to a bar whose name in norwegian means "exchanges" - http://no.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/veksel - as in, the exchange of money for a service. that's today's language-focused tip.

The menu gave us high hopes but the food ended up being just okay. Brussels sprouts were way over cooked and general tso's chicken was also overdone.
