- breathe. be OK with mats/people being 1 inch from yours. they often remind us, this is NYC... you chose this. so smile :)
- Try to get here 20/30 minutes early. You may have to wait outside, but you'll likely snag your favorite spot.

- You want one of the two spots at the front perpendicular to the rest of the class.

- Arrive early and bring your own clean mat, donate well if you can! Candle lit classes are amazing.

- The 7:30pm class (week-day) was way too crowded, almost impossible to walk up or down the stairs leading to the various studios. Extremely unpleasant, stressful, cramped, all round bad experience.
- I love the secret room that no one goes in - cooler and less crowded ;)
- Water and a towel is all you need. You will always leave sweating!
- if you can pull yourself out of bed early enough, 7am weekday class is not a clusterfuck
- Very crowded, get there super early for a good spot
- Sweat like a pool and feel super accomplished the moment you step outside.
- They're stilling in that place, I got off from the 7:00 pm class and some cash and a metro card disappeared from my wallet

- classes fill up but they have add'l rooms to accomodate. be respectful and don't arrive late (take the next class time). DONATE generous as you RECEIVE so much more in return!
