    I have tried and failed many times to duplicate their polenta. It's a lot easier to just walk in and get some. Yeah it's that good.

    Try the seppia and oxtail ragu with polenta, Swiss chard and ricotta malfatti -but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, amazing restaurant

    They serve the full menu at the wine bar, so try getting a table there if you can't get into the main dining room.

    The food here is delicious, but the bathroom? The bathroom is the nicest and most quaint restaurant bathroom in New York.

    Don’t sit at the bar. The stools are cheap and uncomfortable. However, do order the heirloom tomatoes. Simple and delicious.

    A bit overrated imo. The risotto was mediocre and the wifey's ravioli was fair at best. Good wine selection and full bar. But for a fantastic meal you can do better elsewhere in the slope.

    it's definitely tasty but there are better Italian spots around. worth going at least once especially for the neighborhood but i wouldn't go again
