- Gabriel HayesSeptembre 28, 2015In Concourse D, Wow Cafe is a good place to pass a long layover. Sit at the bar, have a bloody mary and watch sports.
- If you want Dunkin Donuts it's before security in the terminal for Southwest. If you are on united or delta you have to walk to your right. More shops and food that way anyway.

- Spar TecAoût 9, 2013If you're renting a car, be prepared for a HIKE to the rental car center. There is no a rental car shuttle nor tram. Closer to terminal D; much further away from terminal A/B (Southwest @ AirTran).

- If you fly american on a Friday afternoon, there are only 3 real options for places to eat, and the lines can get pretty long so plan accordingly!

- NOLA is known for its great food, music, culture, etc. The airport doesn't give you that great impression of what the city has to offer.

- Airport is easy to get around. Good selection of food in most gates. Not a bad drive if you live in the Baton Rouge area.
- Patricia NguyenJuin 2, 2013Lobby of C and D terminal has waiting spaces that have USB and regular outlets if you want to charge up. From what I can see the chairs at the gate in terminal d have outlets as well.

- New airport doesn’t have any restaurants prior to entering the gate. If you planned on arriving early and sitting down bring a snack. The gate area doesn’t have much seating, or charge stations.

- New Terminals opening - very close to Downtown. Average non commute drive 18-25 minutes. 35-40 in height of commute.

- Rochelle SimonFévrier 29, 2016Please don't use those bathrooms. It doesn't seem to be cleaned very often. And there are only about 3 stalls(maybe 4 stalls) In the women's bathroom. The sink is opposite side of the towel paper!

- Terminal D is really nice and Wow Cafe has a great veggie burger. So stupid they're wasting tax payer money to build a new airport.
- Welcome to Louisiana! Grab a daiquiris at the drive-thru daiquiris shop a block away. Enjoy your stay!
- GinnyOctobre 28, 2013Plan to wait about 30 minutes at security if you have a morning flight, unless you are fortunate to have a priority or tsa pre-check. Add 10-15 for printing boarding passes and dropping off luggage.

- Small airport, TSA line can be long early in morning, do not open exclusive line for premiere flyers at all times (if ever), despite being marked.
- Nice small airport. Could use some upgrades, but is easy to navigate.

- Depending on your flight, you can get through TSA fairly quickly. TSAPrecheck is the best!
- Terminal D has plenty of food and drink now!! Come on in and enjoy the new amenities. Could use a few clocks scattered around so I know what time it is!!
- Staying near the action? Take the E2 (bus) for only $2 then transfer to the streetcar. A "jazzy pass"it's only $3 to ride all day!
- Beware if you are renting a car. Rental area is 30 min away! The busses travel on public roads and are very far away from the main terminal. You get dropped off at arrivals, not departures. 🤬

- Easy to get in and out of, but the food options are lacking once you're inside.
- Security lines can be surprisingly long, especially after a heavy-tourist weekend. Don’t underestimate wait times.

- Make sure you check the departure screen right after security otherwise you're walking all the way to the end of the terminal to find out what gate you need.
- There is just No Place like NOLA! Experience It! Breath It! Fall In Love With It!
- A small airport with improvements on the way... but at the current time there are underwhelming eateries and shops, and the inside is pretty bland and borderline ugly. Needs modernization ASAP!!
