- Jennie CrichlowJuin 24, 2015With few restaurants/bars, seating and charging stations, this might be the worst airport. The security gates directly leading to a single concourse make it even less fun and more like quarantine.
- Robin InlowOctobre 24, 2012The people were great but the airport is under construction and so once you check in to your terminal you can't go to another. Don't expect to find the normal restaurants open inside the terminal.
- Bernadette NalepaFévrier 13, 2011Jester Bar & Grill by Continental is a nice place to eat and wait for departure. Good people. Good service as well.
- Char BeAvril 29, 2012Take the airport shuttle round trip if staying downtown, it's half the price of a cab and very convenient.
- Ivette TorresJuillet 24, 2013Have one more cup of coffee and some beignets at West Beignets before you go in.
- Juan DiazAvril 9, 2014You'll love arriving but hate leaving. (Because NOLA is so great who wants to leave??)
- Jackie ShadeMai 19, 201890% of the time I come to this airport they are out of beignets.#WestBeignet
- Kevin FreedmanJanvier 26, 2012For long term parking, go straight to 6th floor. Almost always spots by the elevator.
- Ana PaolaJanvier 2, 2012Good food before security; only edibles in Hudson News after. Hand sanitizer very Very handy.
- If early AM prepare for long food vendor lines and exorbitant prices.
- Andrew BC 翁 ÔNGJanvier 9, 2015This airport named after the famous 1st US astronaut walked on the moon "a step for all mankind", Louis Armstrong.
- For your departure meal take your cab by Cochon Butcher before you hit the airport. Call ahead for less cab wait time.
- The rental car pick up is at the old terminal…. Horrible 30min rough ride. Whoever planned this needs to be fired.
- Small and quiet... Can use a bit more variety of concession stands
- Anthony RalloNovembre 9, 2012There are 2 taxi lines so check both for the shortest one (hint- it may have no one there so you get a cab immediately).
- New airport location is the difference between 1947 and 2012 wow
- Erik RowleyFévrier 1, 2015Never take Uber black car to the city, will cost you at least $80. Taxi all the way!
- Great place to see beautiful sunsets!... ☺ #Sunset #Weather
- Scott McClannahanSeptembre 18, 2016FREE WiFi Sucks today ... save yourself the trouble and just data from your phone.
- Andreas BegerFévrier 27, 2015Flew out in a Saturday morning, check in and security were quicker than expected.
- People!! Pack your liquids in checked bags!! The number of Bath & Body Works products I just saw thrown away could've opened a small store!!!
- Buddy LegnonFévrier 22, 2013West Beignet for French doughnut and cafe au lait, a Louisiana tradition.
- SoxinlyFévrier 28, 2015Nice small airport but lacking quality coffee and functioning wifi at least in Concourse D.
- Park on the fourth floor in the parking garage for an easy walk across the bridge to the terminal.
- Glenn BarnettNovembre 20, 2023Tries to be a good airport but the people that work there just won’t let it be a good transportation hub.
- Josh MingsSeptembre 17, 2011Concourse B, Gate B9 good location to wait. Comfy seats, 6 charging stations, tv, between two bathrooms.
- ArmieAvril 5, 2012Not your ordinary luggage tag: movement lights it up, making the process of finding your luggage much easier as they come out on the conveyor belt
- Sherry RenMars 20, 2017There is no going between concourses. If you are D gate you have to go through concourse D security. Gates of different concourses don't connect.
- Island BruinMai 6, 2019Long long walk to the rental car facility. On the plus side, you can buy liquor to go at baggage claim. Welcome to NO.
- Jasper WelchMai 18, 2013Car rental - refill your gas B4 you arrive at Airport. Shell station near airport cell lot -- but difficult to access from airport parkway
- Nice new rental car terminal, although a little hike if traveling on Southwest!
- Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)Septembre 17, 2013Kevin Clark will be performing on Sept 20, 2013 from 1PM to 3PM on the Tipitina's Foundation Stage.
- Eat, drink and be merry. You are still in New Orleans!
- Hoping for a better experience home than from last MSY visit 😃
- All the renovations look good, and "D" now has decent food!
- Get here early - long lines everywhere for everything, except maybe Saints merchandise this year.
