Be careful that you DO NOT take an East Midlands train if you got a First Connect ticket from easyJet. You'll wind up paying a fine fare. Stay aware of what you are boarding.

30 mins free parking at the mid stay car park (on right as you approach terminal by car). wait here while your incoming passengers negotiate baggage reclaim.

Worst airport around London. You have to take a bus if you are taking a train or you have to be stuck in traffic on silly roundabouts if you are driving in. Always overcrowded with queues everywhere.

Don't use the internet, it is damn slow and is all the time disconnecting. This also counts for the paid version (spectrum)

Very poor operations management, under utilisation of staff and other resources. Queues(even when there aren't a lot if people), imperfect info from the staff, inconvenient parking

Worst airport ever - difficult to access from central London, flights unreliable, bad customs service. Don't fly from here, worthwhile paying more for a ticket to fly anywhere but here.

Security staff generally rude and inefficient, although goid variety of eating places to choose from before and after security.

Expect to be treated like cattle in departures, everything to be understaffed, rude and dismissive treatment, a 2 hour border control wait on arrival and another 2 for baggage return. Avoid.

Schlecht zu erreichen, dann noch extra weiter mit Shuttle Bus. Dafür gute Verpflegung im Terminal, alles funktioniert.

Always busy and always horrible long queues... I have landed about half an hour ago and still stuck on the plane waiting on member of staff to open the gate so that we can leave the plane?!

Not enough seating in departures unless you buy a drink that you don't really want. Try the tables next to 'Yam Yam To Go'.

If you're heading to Mid-Stay Multistorey Parking, keep left, otherwise you'd be charged £3 for nothing. Complete mess on the roads with navigation and signs.

If you are flying wizzair, only bring carry on luggage or arrive 4 hours early. The queue for the check in hasn't moved at all in 30mins.

It takes forever for the bags to come out. I was standing there 1 hour for the bags, same as the flights from before me. It takes the joy out of flying and it makes you only angry at waiting at that.
