    Fast, efficient but brisket was dry, lacked flavour. They were out of ribs, chicken on a Sunday night. Not sure if all the folks who have left laudatory remarks have actually tried real southern food?

    Being from Texas I'm super picky about brisket. This is not dry, full flavor, and right amount of fat. Great.

    Burnt ends are great, but drowned in bbq sauce. Go for the brisket for a pure meat experience.

    Brisket is indeed mighty, as are the loaded baked beans. One caveat: where's the hot sauce in the house?

    Skip the burnt ends if you are expecting KC style. These are the consistency of a pot roast that's been soaking in sweet sauce.
