    Cops will wake you up if you try to nap while waiting for Amtrak... At least they do a decent job keeping the crack heads out of the area.. Greyhound is a different story.

    If you want to get to the airport on the cheap use the 62 bus instead of the train. $1.50 compared to +$5.00?

    Don't use the bathroom's in the morning, homeless use them as shower. Goodluck fighting for a sink to wash your hands.

    They need to get rid off all the nasty and smelly ass homeless people in here. They seriously reek. If you want dunkin donuts, go up the escalator by mcdonalds and there is two in the gateway building

    Good: Play the NJ lottery or buy a bottle of wine. Ferry St has good restaurants. Bad: This station is the worst to wait in late at nights. Last train into NY is around 1am. First train is 5:30.

    This station was featured on the Fox TV show Fringe. In the show it is named "Springsteen Station" because Bruce Springsteen was born in Newark.

    I dropped my wallet in the so called scary waiting room and a nice lady pointed it out - about 10 feet behind me. Someone was about to trip over it.
