    Butcher Steak is the move there. They’re busy at brunch but you can slide in toward the end no problem. Just be ready to order before kitchen closes.

    the ideal meal: start with grilled tomato and Burratta. The hangar steak, spinach gratin, and pan fried truffle mashed. Finish with Meyer lemon cheesecake. Classics for a reason here...

    One of my top 3 favourite restaurants in New York. Try any entree with mashed potatoes and the spinach - you can't go wrong!

    Crab dip, salmon, ranchers steak along with long beans and spinach as sides - 7/10. Ambiance and customer service 9/10. Overall pretty good. Idk if id wait all that long if it was packed though.

    The butcher steak has us drooling. It's a hefty portion for the price, and if a steak could, this one would melt in your mouth. Pair with the grilled tomato & burrata salad. To die for!

    Phenomenal "hanger" steak. Mashed potatoes amazing. I will be talking about this place for forever. 2006 Sonoma Valley Pinot Noir compliments well.

    An EPIC meal. The Butcher steak was moderately priced and full of flavor. The strip steak had an great peppery crust. The sunchokes, Bibb salad, spinach, fried mashed potatoes, eggplant were great!

    The hanger steak is lick your lips amazing. All the sides are incredible and well executed. The desserts are good as well.

    Grilled avocado salad and spinach au gratin killed it. NY strip and chicken also killer. Stay away from the rose on tap - go for the bottle pour!

    It the hot spot when you are seated by the heat lamp. Great Bibb salad and mashed potatoes. Not so hot meats. Hot enough for hip Williamsburgers I guess.

    That butchers steak is the real deal. $18 and it's so well prepared. Worth the wait, grab a drink at kristophe's while you do it.

    Get the young grilled chicken! Might be the best grilled chicken you'll ever have. Butchers steak for $15 is small, but so is the price.

    Don't sleep on the Sweet Tea Brined Young BoBo Chicken. One of the best chicken dishes in NYC. No joke.

    Butcher's steak is great, but veal flank steak, eye of round special are two better options. Mashed potatoes are divine but rich. Caprese salad instead of the haloumi, which can be too lemony.

    Good but overhyped. The steak was a bit tough and the sides were tasty but certainly not worth a two hour or longer wait. Better food and meat to be found in Williamsburg.

    Their piedmontese ax handle ribeye steaks are priced per ounce, minimum 45 oz & are meant to be shared. Their lamb chops are also priced per ounce, minimum 15 oz.
