William Ng: Got to get that hit of Iced Kenangan Latte (RM14.90 for large) on a hot day. Great coffee aroma, fragrant sugar, not too milky. It was very quiet when I visited on a weekday lunch hour.
William Ng: Very busy stretch of beach with loads of beach-goers. The beach is surprisingly clean for so much human traffic. Several public restrooms, and many food stalls.
William Ng: Enjoyed 3 nights here with a room on the ground floor with private pool access. The pool is like a canal connecting a row of rooms. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome.
William Ng: The ornate temple gate stands out from the street. Located just opposite a restaurant with a giant lobster on the side. There's a stone censer in the middle of the alley with murals on the walls.

William Ng: Shares a space with Yorokobi Art. The benefit is that the creativity from the art class overflows to the cafe. The star here is beef. My fave is the tendon. There's also lamb pot.
William Ng: Not much soup in the Xiao Long Bao, but it's quite thick. Overall I find the minced pork too smooth, I prefer more texture. The traditional shanghai dumpling with glutinous rice filling is delicious.

William Ng: Brief and simple menu of some platters, mains, and tapas. Quite a few lamb options. Sangria is a tad different. The fruit seems to be blended in. Paellas come in smaller portions suitable for 2 pax

William Ng: Satisfying ala carte experience here. Tried both signature sets~ wagyu donabe gohan (RM120) , and Nagano walnut soba (RM138). The wagyu claypot rice was excellent. So flavourful and tender meat.
William Ng: A popular beach for surfing as the waves are strong, and a great place to watch the sunset. Rent a cabana, get a large coconut, and watch the people on the beach. You can also catch aeroplanes landing

William Ng: Bright and airy, with a high ceiling at the box office area. The moment my movie ended abs stepped out of the hall, I was greeted by sunlight which is very rare in the Malaysia cinema experience.
William Ng: Burratina is a pretty to look at, and a refreshing salad to start. The Master is a risotto bursting with the flavour of mushrooms. I opted for the pork sausage add on, but couldn't really tell.

William Ng: Maguro ribs is an amazing choice if you're not into raw fish. Meat was so smooth & it didn't feel greasy at all even after it had cooled. Different parts of the ribs had a different taste & texture.
William Ng: Go for the Teochew porridge with mixed platter of braised items (duck, pork belly, pig skin, tofupok, white tofu, and egg). The fried pork is also yummy with a good crunch outside, but moist inside.

William Ng: Wow-ed by the Ebi tempura here. The batter is light but somehow super crunchy. The shisho leaf was like a biscuit! Just a tad greasy. Sashimi is fresh.
William Ng: There's a last supper bas relief above the altar that looks like something out of a Hindu temple at first glance. The Balinese script reads: "This is My Body, This is my Blood".
William Ng: Order the combo where you get to try a slice of fried fish, and spicy fish soup (head and bones, but still quite fleshy). The fried fish is served with a super spicy sambal.
William Ng: Remarkable church for the small local Catholic community. The architecture and landscaping is remarkable. The altar has intricate motifs of Balinese influence, with 2 umbrellas flanking the tabernacl
William Ng: One of the many seafood restaurants along the Jimbaran beach offering dinner on the beach. Do go before sunset so that you can experience the amazing view. Seafood platter is quite good.

William Ng: Self-proclaimed best pork ribs in Bali. Pretty great honey pork ribs in my opinion. Tender meat, but not exactly fall off the bones. Paired with rice, long beans, and spinach soup.
William Ng: Chinese style nasi lemak with standard. I like the rice and there's definitely coconut milk in it. Sambal is balanced and complements the rice. The curry pork is tender and creamy.
