Al S: Best thing about this place is the smell when you walk in on a crisp morning. The croissants are a close second though. Pain au chocolat is my favorite.

Al S: Great selection of German beer and German-style local craft beer. Soft pretzel, er "bretzel," appetizer is awesome. As is the spaetzel. Oh, and get the doughnuts for dessert. Yeah.
Magasin de produits gastronomiques · Prudential - St. Botolph · 53 conseils et avis
Al S: Very pricey but you can get some unique pastas and sauces that you won't find at Whole Foods or other similar markets. Riolfi Sapori and Il Mongetto sauces are my favorites.

Al S: If you get a pourover and have the time, stay and drink it at the cafe. Beautiful presentation helps make the steep prices more palatable. And the coffee is fantastic.

Al S: Pourovers and espresso drinks here are top notch. Lines move relatively quickly. Best thing about this location might be the spacious working area above the coffee bar. Great, comfortable atmosphere.
Al S: Fireball shot is delicious but not cheap. Make sure you stir it well before drinking, though. They always leave all the honey in the bottom and if you don't stir it, you don't get the full effect.

Al S: Pita sandwich with chicken is good, if somewhat small. I prefer the gyro from Gyro City, though, which is just a couple of blocks away on Peterborough St. Want a Greek sandwich? Go there instead
Restaurant de salades · Fenway - Kenmore - Audubon Circle - Longwood · 8 conseils et avis
Al S: Get the make your own salad option and get exactly what you want. It's usually cheaper than the set options too. Ask for light dressing, unless you want you greens soaked.
Magasin de vente de bière · Seaport District · 3 conseils et avis
Al S: Another outpost of the CBC empire, the Fort Point location is just a block from Trillium Brewing and Fort Point Market. If you can't find a beer you want at those locations, you should just drink wine

Al S: This place is all about the dim sum but I order off the menu frequently too. Hot and sour soup is solid, and I'm a fan of the pan fried noodles with chicken.

Al S: Excellent thin crust pizza here. Decent beer selection, with a couple of local options. Arancini appetizer was also delicious, but request a side of marinara to go with it. Much better that way.
Restaurant spécialisé dans le poulet frit · Libbytown · 4 conseils et avis
Al S: Spicy fried chicken tenders and waffles are delectable. Portland Hot is spicy enough for most folks but if you're feeling daring, try Nashville Hot. BYOB so grab some beers next door at Bissell, enjoy

Al S: Delectable BBQ smoked meats. BYOB, so bring your own brew. Better yet, hit Tree House Brewing in Monson, then stop by BT's and BYOTH. Fine food and beverage. Be prepared to wait in line though.
