The best thing about The Publick House is its extensive selection of rare (at least in the U.S.) Belgian beers, but the Monk Fries in a paper cone are a close second. Eat some with truffle ketchup.
Drink a bottle of Cantillon lambic. I recommend St. Lamvinus or Vigneronne. Not cheap, but so worth it. Cheers.
Get the pretzels appetizer. Comes with honey mustard, maple syrup dip and caramel and lots of different flavored salts. Unique and awesome.
