These noodles are like a cross between the common udon we are familiar with and Italian linguine. The simplest, featuring fried bean curd or egg comes with seaweed or tempura (pick veg. or shrimp).

We had an amazing meal here. Bold, adventurous cocktails to start; oysters, New Zealand venison and cod were all superb. The menu changes daily here so we'll be back to try the tasting menu next time.

The service is wonderful as well as the food, and it's a much needed spot in Alphabet City. The chef and staff are so great! The goat curry is amazing (and the home made ice cream comes on a stick!).
The menu changes daily, but if by chance you spot the parsnips, cut and cooked to look and taste like risotto…well…get them while you can.
We could recommend ten different things, but we couldn't stop eating the scones with clotted cream and jam.
So much fun to do with a group. We had 9 and it was perfect. If you really want to cook you can but if you want to sit back and drink unlimited wine, they're cool with that too. Highly recommended!
